Leadership in Rapid Transformation: An Experience of Tabrizi’s Framework for Rapid Change within 90 days

Rationale:

The accelerated development in communication and technology today has pushed for a greater demand for efficiency and productivity. Coupled with the need for a more considerate management approach, SAIDI - School of OD has seen the need to offer this Program to Leaders (both formal and informal) in ALL organizations - from private corporations, schools and universities, religious and people's organizations, and other corporate institutions and foundations.

Target Participants:

An invitation for Leaders (both formal and informal) in organizations who are tasked to monitor issues that would eventually lead to change interventions simply because change must happen within an environment for the better - better efficiency, productivity and a healthier organizational environment.

  • Understand the Tabrizi Framework for Rapid Change Apply (conceptually) the framework of rapid Transformation in one's organization
  • Create an awareness for the need of balancing both Creative and Logical Leadership
  • Expose the leaders with paradigm shifting and quality decision-making skills to help them plan and implement rapid transformation

The Modules:

Rapid  Transformation and Quality Decision-Making

This modules deals with the concepts and processes involved in the rapid transformation of one's organization within approximately 90 days. It also includes discussion and workshop on coming up with quality decision-making process.

Strategy and Culture

This module provides enlightening information and discussion on the actual execution of the chosen strategies of organizations. In addition, it also involves the identification of core organizational culture and their impact on the execution of the organization's objectives and strategies.

Rapid Transformation Leadership: The Leader That We Want To Be

It has been said that when leaders are at their best, they inspire, challenge, enable, encourage and model. In this module, certain characteristics found in logical/analytical and creative leadership will be highlighted and discussed. This module aims to further instill to the leader-participants the need to consider and perhaps adopt these characteristics for them to be the best that they can be.

Rapid Transformation Leadership: A Paradigm Shift

In this module, the leader-participants are challenged to look at and analyze their concepts on leadership and management on different perspectives. Without the ability to broaden and shift one's paradigm, being one of the best leaders would be difficult to achieve.

Registration Fee:
