Turning Conflict into Positive Change

Seminar-Workshop

On March 25-26, 2010 at SAIDI School of OD, Taktak Drive, Antipolo City

Rationale

"Conflict ... is both a potential killer and a potential lifeblood of relationship and organization."

"You and I have experience it. But how many of us handle it well? And what's the cost when we don't?"

"Everyday you and I meet some kind of unresolved conflict."

You may have heard a lot about Conflict Management and conflict resolution.

"BUT this seminar-workshop is about conflict utilization. (Ron Lippitt's term). It doesn't try to get rid of conflict. Rather, when seen in this way, conflict becomes an important signal that change is needed to create relationship that work for everyone."

The Big Idea in this Seminar-Workshop
