Certificate in Positive Organization Development
SAIDI Graduate School of Organization Development moves the practice of OD intentionally towards Positive Organization Development (POD). Very interestingly, the Certificate in Positive OD appeared on the academic horizon in two modules.
Module 1 was designed as two-day learning sessions spread out in five months. The first run was from January to May 2009. Its first graduates: Reselyn Santos, Valentin Esguerra, Paz Flora, Emmanuel Silan, Sr. Thelma Bulagao, Carm OL, Sr. Ruth Bgun, Tanaputartonico, OSB and Jamesina Gotangco.

Module 2 was designed to run for three weeks intensively, i.e. 6-7 hours per day run with weekends reserved for tour and visit of places for cross-cultural interface. The run was from April to May 2009.
Its first graduates were Administrators and Teachers from St. Gabriel College of Bangkok, Thailand. They were: Thani Revat, Natthawin Saenghiran, Lertsak Raksujarit, Kwankaew Ruamsumran, Somsak Chalermmit, Worawat Phugun, Tanaput Chancharoen, Kriangsak Chintapaichit, Ekarat Panipattanon, Kaninthip Jankana, Yuttachai Ittivorachet, Kritchai Chaisomboon, Phaopan Inmai, Thong-in Sawaengsin, Phongtorn Kaewyongphang, Thanusak Thongman, Chanida Chimsuwan, Patchara Yamsuan, Saipin Naprajul, Supawadee Giranantananon, Pacharee Pongwanit, Parinee Sorin, Supaphan Meekhun, Areeya Saeng-un, Yaowaluck Yoochareo, Preeyanuch Pholkaew, Sutee Pattanasettakul, Ravewan Pichayadecha, Petsamorn Dounlee and Chuleeporn Thirayothin.
