2. Skill-building in the Use of AI in Different Interventions, like, research, teambuilding, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, etc.
3. Skill-building in Preparing the AI - Protocols.

Learning Sessions in Selected Organization Development Interventions (ODI)

These are sessions that include the following:

1. Concept Presentation of Organization Development and its Landscape of Use and Interventions.
2. Skill-building in Planning, Decision-making, Leading, Evaluating, Managing, Organizing and Communicating.

Learning Sessions in Basic Writing in English Communication

These are sessions focused on writing reports and business letters in English.

Learning Sessions in Applied / Action Research

These are seminars that include the following:

1. Concept Presentation of Applied / Action Research.
2. Mentoring / Advising in Actual Applied / Research Projects.

A Certificate Program in Positive Organization Development

These are sessions  put together to lay out of the study of Organization Development (OD) based on the AI-Platform. This Certificate course carries equivalent credits for the MA degree in OD - when participants decide to complete the graduate program.

A Certificate Program in Leadership as Practice in Possibility

These sessions are specific to the concept and practice of Leadership. Its main premise is again on the AI - platform. This Certificate course carries equivalent credits for the MA degree in OD - when participants decide to complete the graduate program.

A Certificate Programs in Microfinance Management

These are sessions in the practice of Microfinance as tool to empower the poor gain slowly financial means for a dignified way of life. This certificate course carries equivalent credits for the MA degree in OD - when participants decide to complete the graduate program.
