We need fresh approaches to our quality of organizational life, locally and globally, for current and future generations as aggravated by the following landscapes:

Using Appreciative Inquiry as platform, the study of Organization Development will lean towards a more positive practice. Not that there is a negative practice but the OD that was borne from the NTL laboratory then was mainly focused on identifying and solving gaps, dysfunctions or problem. This program progress from the personal and moving on to interpersonal and organizational.
Hands-on activities provided AI 'Openings ' in one's personal life, one's exercise of leadership and research initiatives.
