Here at SAIDI, we are committed to a formal but non-traditional education that leads to graduate degree programs (MA and Ph.D.), and ongoing formation programs for Religious Superiors and Formators. This website provides a window of information on the formal, non-traditional program of the institution.

Current education brings with this tension: While so much has been said, written and researched about education and its effects and contribution to humankind, so much, too, has been alluded to the mismatch, misfits and irrelevance of modern day education. We hope that SAIDI education, in recognizing this tension, moves forward the cause of education and expertise towards a productive tension, specifically in the fields of Instructional Development and Technology and Organization Development at the MA and Ph.D. levels .
