Dear Friends,

SAIDI School of OD continues to move on into the 21st century with its new and innovative academic programs which has reached out beyond the Southeast Asian region.

Indeed, SAIDI is alive and fully committed to its mission of :

providing for its clients responsive, growth-promoting and learning tools and opportunities and linkages through graduate degrees in Organization Development through Consultancy Services in OD.

Today we now have 209 graduates; and so far, 324 have been enrolled in the Ph.D. program, 81 in the MA/Ph.D. combined programs; and, 167 in the MA program.

The past year has seen visible signs of growth as we inaugurated the Tan Yan Kee Building of the School of OD.

We have, to date, partnered with the following organizations:

Center for Rural & Agricultural Development-Mutually Reinforcing Institutions, Southern New Hampshire University (USA), Tan Yan Kee Foundation, Bato-Balani Foundation, Integrative Learning-Philippines, Ancilla Enterprise Consulting, MAGIS-Davao City, Philippine Management Association of the Philippines and the League of Corporate Foundations.

In the months and years ahead, as SAIDI School of OD continues to grow, I anticipate to seeing many more options in program offerings. Our clear SAIDI Advantage allows us great room of flexibility in terms of designing our programs; and, of accessibility to like-minded institutions to partner with.
